At Goyval Vinagres we have taken care of every little detail in order to offer a product of maximum quality. Our laboratory is equipped with state of the art technology which enables an extensive quality control along the making process of our vinegar. A system that controls and supervises the whole process from the raw material to the sale of the finished product.
In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we use an internal control system of 12 analytical parameters along the making process as well as the use of external laboratories that corroborate the consistency and quality of our products.
To maintain our leading position in balsamic and organic vinegar in Spain, Research & Development is of great importance to our company. In this sense we pay special attention to the quality of the raw material and the production methods in order to achieve the best vinegar and with this fulfill our commitment to the consumer. Amongst others, in R&D and Innovation, we are cooperating with the Laboratory of Bioenergetics and Microbiology of the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
