Yuca’s Balsamic Vinegar
Our Balsamic vinegar is prepared using the ancestral method of wine and must concentrate oxidation. We only use the best of grapes to achieve our Balsamic vinegar, the ripest ones, richest in sugars and aromatic esters content. This vinegar is matured in American and French oak barrels for several years in our perfectly equipped cellars.
The result is an excellent vinegar ideal for salads, readymade meat dishes, fish and reaches its excellence with the preparation of sauces thanks to the perfect balance between the very acidity of the vinegar and the sweetness and aroma of the Balsamic vinegar.
Our Balsamic Vinegar, a pleasure for the most demanding gourmet taste, is available in a 50 cl. beautifully designed bottle with a modern and distinguished presentation equipped with an Italian stopper and pourer.
