Yuca’s Sherry vinegar
Our Sherry vinegar is obtained by fermenting the finest Sherry wine made of the variety Pedro Ximenez and maturing it to perfection by the traditional Spanish “criaderas and soleras” production method. The aging is made over a long period of time in 500 liter American oak butts, which gives the product its characteristic bouquet and aroma. This most appreciated vinegar from Jerez, mahogany colored, with a compensated sweet-sour touch, complex and delicate, is enhanced by an extraordinary aromatic power.
This is a natural product ideal for the most delicious dishes for any culinary occasion including salads and vegetable dishes, meat and fish.
Our Sherry Vinegar, a pleasure for the most demanding gourmet taste, is available in a 50 cl. beautifully designed bottle with a modern and distinguished presentation equipped with an Italian stopper and pourer.
