Yuca’s Red wine vinegar

This exceptional vinegar comes from the area of Manchuela, a wine producing area in the southeast of Spain. Here the soil and climate are excellent for the growing of two powerful and aromatic Spanish grape varieties, Bobal and Tempranillo and where only small quantities of the best grapes are used for the making of pure vinegar.
