Goyval Vinagres is a family-owned vinegar producer located in Madrigueras in the south-east of Spain in beautiful Don Quixote’s Castilla - La Mancha area. The company, founded in 1996, is exclusively producing different kinds of top quality vinegar.

Goyval Vinagres was the first company in Spain to specialize in organic and balsamic vinegar. Today it is among the five most important companies within the sector. The company manufactures and processes approximately 6 million liters of vinegar per year distributed both on domestic and international markets. The company sells to specialized gourmet and organic product shops as well as supermarket chains.
