Cellar
In our recently inaugurated plant we count on one of the finest cellars in Spain, equipped with 600 oak barrels where our vinegar is aged.
In the French and American oak barrels of different toasts, carefully selected by our technical team, the vinegar is aged during a long period of time until it obtains the body, structure and personality that we aim for. With this exclusive cellar we produce 400 000 bottles per year of gourmet vinegar aged in oak barrels.
